Voucher Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to digital gift vouchers issued via VoucherOnline.store.

1. Closed-loop (Model A)

Each voucher is redeemable only at the single issuing merchant named at purchase, solely for that merchant’s goods or services. It is not redeemable at other merchants, for cash, bank transfer, crypto, ATM withdrawal, or peer-to-peer transfer.

2. Digital only · no reload

Codes are digital. Reloads are not offered. Lost codes may be investigated with proof of purchase.

3. Expiry

Unless a longer period is required by applicable law, vouchers expire five (5) years from the issue date. Expiry is disclosed at purchase and in the delivery email.

4. Refunds

Unused balance may be refunded to the original payment method per the Refund & Dispute Policy. Spend value already redeemed is not refundable except as required by law or card-network rules.

5. Non-transferable

Vouchers are non-transferable except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

6. Fraud

We may freeze codes suspected of fraud, card testing, or sanctions violations.
