Where can I spend a VoucherOnline code?

Only at the merchant named when you bought it. It will not work at other stores, ATMs, or as cash.

Is this a reloadable wallet?

No. Digital codes, no reloads, one merchant per code.

Can I get a refund?

Unused (never redeemed) balance can be refunded to the original payment method. See the Refund Policy.

When does it expire?

Five years from issue unless a longer period is required by law. The date is shown at purchase and in the email.

How fast is delivery?

After the card payment succeeds we email the code. If it is missing, contact support with the order email.

Do you store my card number?

No. Card data is collected by the payment provider’s secure fields or hosted page.
