1. Service

VoucherOnline provides technology for merchants to sell digital, merchant-specific store-credit vouchers (Model A closed-loop). We are not a bank, money transmitter for open-loop payments, or cash-out service.

2. Merchant obligations

Merchants must redeem vouchers only for their own goods/services, complete KYB, and cooperate on fraud and disputes.

3. Buyers

Buyers agree to the Voucher Terms at purchase. Misuse may result in freeze and reporting.
